Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
